Is an appointment necessary?

We prefer to have customers schedule appointments. This helps ensure that vehicles can be serviced in a timely manner.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Please call the auto service shop at 614-486-2824 or use the “Request an Appointment” tab on the homepage of the website. We can normally place you on the schedule within a couple of days.

How will I know when my car is ready to be picked up?

Once the auto repairs are completed, the mechanic will give you a call.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

What vehicles do you service?

We service all domestic cars, trucks, and imports.

When should I have my car's oil changed?

We recommend oil changes every 5,000 miles. Today’s vehicles have maintenance lights that let us know when it is time for an oil change.

What do you look at during an oil change?

We check all fluids, taillights, filters, brakes, and suspension. We also check the general condition of the vehicle’s tires.

When should I have my tires rotated?

It’s a good practice to rotate your tires with every oil change or 5,000 miles. This helps with the wear on the tires and will extend the life of the tires.

What should I do when my check engine light comes on?

Your car’s computer has detected and recorded a problem. Schedule an appointment for one of our mechanics to diagnose the problem as soon as possible.

Why should I have my car serviced if it's running fine?

Performing recommended scheduled maintenance will keep your car running longer and more efficiently — possibly preventing costly repairs.
